I have known them for 15 years and have seen their wisdom, love, dedication and perseverance help many people through challenging times. I had the opportunity to work with Sandy Drenner while in Santa Fe, N.M., and had the best experience! Sandy has a true affinity for hypnotherapy that just comes naturally. What Sandy was able to do for me in just 90 minutes was life changing. She helped me identify and clear an issue that, consciously, I was unaware was having a deep and negative impact on all aspects of my life (for 30 years)! After my session with Sandy I felt so much lighter and in tune with myself and loved ones. She truly gave me a gift that was priceless. I was so excited to return home and experience my family in a way I always knew I should have but was never quite able to previously. I would gladly send anyone I know and love to Sandy for hypnotherapy. She truly has a gift and a love for what she does.

Sleep and Immune

Since receiving hypnotherapy my sleep patterns have dramatically changed. Before starting hypnotherapy I would take sometimes 1 hour to go to sleep and now I fall asleep immediately. Within 5 minutes I am asleep! I am emotionally calmer and have much more energy.
I recently had a session to focus on my immune system as I was getting another sinus infection. My sinuses cleared that night and I slept very well. The next day I felt great and had tons of energy. No repeat sinus infection! And my energy level has remained elevated since then.

Pain Management

After many years and several bumps in the road I met someone who has given me the ability to not only trust her abilities in taking me through this journey, but more importantly in teaching me how to trust my inner self. That with work and dedication my subconscious can over come any negatives my thoughts and feelings bring into my life. This has given me a great deal of control and power over how I act and react to everyday life. This process has taught me ways to deal not only with emotional pain but also physical pain. Although I came into this process very skeptical I am learning to trust my inner self and this is giving me a whole new path to go down. In my opinion if you can find a therapist with the compassion and understanding that I have found in Sandy Drenner to guide you through the pitfalls and ups and downs of life you will better yourself everyday, and for the rest of your life~life gets easier and better.
